JUUL Litigation

The JUUL Litigation is currently pending in Los Angeles Superior Court.  Plaintiffs have taken over sixty depositions of JUUL and Altria employees. Plaintiffs plan to take additional depositions over the next several months. Defendants filed various pleading challenges which were heard by the Court in January. Plaintiffs were pleased with the outcome and are hoping to have trial dates set in the coming months.
