Erin Barlow is an associate attorney at Kiesel Law LLP, where she represents plaintiffs in complex civil litigation, including environmental mass torts and health data privacy consumer class actions. Her environmental practice includes representing communities affected by environmental contamination, including matters such as the Chiquita Canyon Landfill Subsurface Reaction and the Carson-Dominguez Channel Odor Event. She also represents plaintiffs in health data privacy class cases, including those against Google and Washington Hospital Healthcare System. She is committed to advocating for individuals and communities harmed by corporate misconduct.

Before joining Kiesel Law, Erin litigated Clean Water Act enforcement actions at Orange County Coastkeeper against industrial polluters. Prior to that, she was an associate at Gibbs Mura LLP, where she represented consumers in class actions against financial institutions involving wrongful overdraft fees.

Erin earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2021 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco). While in law school, she was a member of the Hastings Environmental Law Journal and the Hastings Environmental Law Association. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Environmental Justice and the Law and authored a law journal article examining the potential use of dynamic ocean management under the United Nations High-Seas Conservation Agreement. She received dual undergraduate degrees in Marine Biology, B.S., and Politics, B.A. with honors, from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2014.
