JUUL Important Litigation Update

We applaud the FDA for removing the JUUL device and four types of Juul pods from the US market due to their risks to public health. The decision is consistent with our case against JUUL, and we agree that the marketing and sale of JUUL has caused our clients significant damage. Our cases helped pave the way for this FDA decision, and thanks to our clients for coming forward and pursuing their claims, the removal of JUUL from the market is an important social benefit.

The FDA’s decision today does not affect the existing cases against JUUL. We are still proceeding forward with our litigation. Kiesel Law is Co-Lead Counsel for all plaintiffs in the state court proceeding against JUUL, their directors and Altria.
