Marine Davtyan

Marine Davtyan joined Kiesel Law as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining Kiesel Law, Ms. Davtyan practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense where she represented individuals and major corporations in complex actions including landlord-tenant matters, premises liability, habitability, sexual assault, and wrongful death. Ms. Davtyan received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, with a major in Business Administrations. She subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, Ms. Davtyan was a finalist in Moot Court and clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, major crime division. While awaiting bar results, Ms. Davtyan worked at the Bet Tzedek Federal Tax Clinic, assisting individuals regarding a variety of tax-related issues, including ITINs, Economic Impact Payments, and tax filing basics. Ms. Davtyan is a member of the Armenian Bar Association and the Armenian Women’s Bar Association.
