KBL is preparing a pre-trial order to be presented to the court by June 8, 2007, where a schedule for proceeding forward with a motion for class certification is being set out.  The parties will be engaging in an exchange of information concerning the alleged defects in the 1800 series satellite notebook and, thereafter, moving forward with our motion for class certification.
