Los Angeles Archdiocese-- Settled July 16, 2007

Judge Haley Fromholz accepted the terms and conditions of a $660,000,000 settlement of the Los Angeles Archdiocese abuse cases.  Kiesel Boucher& Larson acted as Liaison counsel on behalf of all 508 individual cases.  Ray Boucher successfully negotiated the largest settlement in United States history for the survivors of priest molestation.  The firm was literally working 24 hours a day 7 days a week to prepare for the trials.  We are deeply gratified to have brought this closure for our clients in this most difficult and complex action.
