CarsDirect.com Class Action Settlement
Kiesel, Boucher & Larson, LLP has recently settled a national class action lawsuit on behalf of plaintiffs whose calls may have been recorded or monitored by CarsDirect.com. Click Here to Download the Notice of Settlement. On June 28, 2005, the Honorable Peter Lichtman, granted final approval for this class action. Class members will be afforded the opportunity to submit a claim for compensation through September 28, 2005.
