Tosco Refinery Fire

KBL is lead counsel in this mass toxic tort litigation, in which thousands of people were affected as a result of an explosion and blaze at the Tosco refinery facility in Wilmington. The toxic plume caused by this massive fire affected over three thousand people. On July 1, 2005 this matter settled with all of the defendants.  A process has now been initiated for all of the injured plaintiffs to participate in a process for resolution of their individual claims.
