Sandra Haro - Litigation Assistant & Paralegal
Ms. Haro is the Litigation Assistant/Paralegal to Raymond P. Boucher, Patrick DeBlase and Michael Eyerly. Ms. Haro has extensive experience in handling complex civil litigation matters and is heavily involved, among others, in the clergy molestation cases and the UCLA Willed Body Program litigation. Ms. Haro brings over 17 years of consumer litigation experience to this firm and works closely with both the partners and associates in every step of the case, including trial preparation. Ms. Haro possesses an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Phillips Junior College and is a paralegal affiliated with the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. In addition, Ms. Haro is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Lance Rubin - Litigation Technology
Lance is involved in the technological aspects of litigation in our cases and works closely with our attorneys. He is involved in research, all phases of discovery, and trial preparation. Lance films, edits and produces the Day in the Life and mediation videos for the firm. He has both a Bachelor of Music degree and a Masters Degree from the Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester. 
Julissa E. Salgueiro - Litigation Assistant
Ms. Salgueiro is the Litigation Assistant to Paul R. Kiesel. Ms. Salgueiro has over 10 years of litigation experience specializing in medical malpractice, wrongful death, elder abuse, insurance of bad faith and personal injury. Ms. Salgueiro was involved in the handling of the clergy molestation cases. Ms. Salgueiro has extensive experience in all litigation matters, pre-trial and trial preparation and is knowledgeable with all aspects of electronic filings at both the federal and state levels. In addition, Ms. Salgueiro is bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Mikhail Segal - File Services Dept
Mikhail was born and raised in Moldova, formerly a part of the Soviet Union. Mikhail came to Los Angeles, From Moldova, in 1992 with his wife Marina. He has an Associates degree in Road and Civil Contracting which he earned in 1980. Mikhail worked with Leo Baeck Temple for 13 years before joining Kiesel, Boucher & Larson.
