Michael C. Eyerly received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Geography - Environmental Studies from UCLA in 1992. Mr. Eyerly received his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine School of Law in 1995. Mr. Eyerly received American Jurisprudence awards in Commercial Law - Sales and Real Property Financial Transactions. He was also the recipient of a Dean's Merit Scholarship award and was a member of the Honors Trial Practice class. Prior to joining Kiesel, Boucher & Larson, Mr. Eyerly was law clerk to the Honorable Kathy A. Hardcastle, Eighth Judicial District Court, Nevada. Mr. Eyerly also practiced at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP and Randolph & Levanas. His experience encompasses a range practice areas including personal injury, construction defect, consumer class action, real estate broker/agent liability, business litigation, employment discrimination, and criminal defense. Mr. Eyerly is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  Click here to email
