Mr. De Marco earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1996. He attended California State University at Los Angeles where he earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism in 1993. While attending law school Mr. De Marco externed for the Honorable Judge Diane Wayne of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. De Marco has broad trial experience in state and federal courts. His practice areas include personal injury, complex litigation, consumer class actions, civil rights, real property and environmental litigation. Mr. De Marco is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Italian-American Lawyers Association.
